Microsoft changed the layout structure of their operating system with Windows 7 and some things aren't quite in the same places Club Office expects them to be. In this case, the issue is a broken link to the Crystal Report DLLs (and other files) that Club Office uses for reporting. If you encounter this error message on a computer, the fix is relatively simple:
Download and install the "Crystal Update Version 8.5a" module from the Software Updates section of the Tech Support web site. Restart your computer afterwards and the problem should be solved.
