How to solve Crystal Report error # 20513

This error code essentially means that the Club Office reporting system has received a message from Windows that Windows is having trouble talking to your printer. It seems that there are two solutions to this problem:

1. Exit Club Office, shut down Windows, power the computer off, and then restart it again. Don't just select the "restart Windows" option because the problem may be electronic in origin instead of a software glitch, and to reset electronic maladies, the only solution is to cut power to the computer for a few seconds and then power it back on. If this doesn't solve the problem, then the more drastic solution #2 is required.
   
2. Exit Club Office, delete the printer from the printer folder. Then shut down Windows, power the computer off, and then restart it again. Re-install the printer driver for your printer. Then start Club Office and try the report again.
