How to create a desktop shortcut to the backup/restore module

1. Open MY COMPUTER, then open the drive that points to Club Office. Then open the CDCO folder.
2. Find the CDCOBKUP.EXE module and RIGHT-click on it, then select COPY.
3. Now RIGHT-click on your desktop and select PASTE SHORTCUT. You should end up with a pair of arrows, one red and one green.
4. Now RIGHT-click on the new shortcut, select PROPERTIES, then go to the SHORTCUT tab.
5. In the TARGET line, you should see something like: p:\cdco\cdcobkup.exe
6. You need to add the letter A at the end of it, like this: p:\cdco\cdcobkup.exe A to tell the backup module to use the A floppy drive.
7. Then click OK and save the settings. Now you have a desktop shortcut to run the backup/restore module.
