Problem: Finish a transaction but get no receipt
The primary reason is that the receipt printer setting is "no print" or "open drawer." Check the upper left corner of your screen. The second button in from the left is a 3-way toggle button that should say "PRINT" if the receipt printer is to print receipts. Other options are NO PRINT (the register does not print a receipt or open the cash drawer) and OPEN DRAWER (the register does not print a receipt but does open the cash drawer).
