Data Conversion Services

Implementing a new system doesn't have to be difficult! In many cases, data that you currently have can be converted into our systems, saving you time in putting your new system into operation.

We have a nifty Excel spreadsheet that we provide to new customers that can make converting your data quite painless. The spreadsheet is named cdco_converter.xls and all you have to do is copy/paste the information from your existing system into the respective columns in the spreadsheet. When you're ready, just email the spreadsheet to us or put it on our public FTP site (directions are included in the spreadsheet) and we'll take it from there.

Users of an InfoTouch POS system have the option of having us convert their data directly -- contact us for information on how to export it from your InfoTouch system.

If you are unable to use our converter spreadsheet but your data is in a format that we can access, we'll be glad to give you a quote on the cost of developing a custom importer just for you. We may be able to convert some things such as member names, addresses, phone numbers, etc. very simply, at least saving you a lot of typing!
